Today was the final day of the Russian Cup! The results of the competition today are in. Anna Pavlova finished in 6'th place on the Balance Beam.

Today was the first day of the Event Finals at the Russian Cup. Anna did not compete in any apparatus finals today (She didn't compete in the Vault final). She will be competing in the Balance Beam final tomorrow however.

Yesterday was the qualifications for the Russian Cup!
This event will be used as a qualifier for the World Championship in October. The All Around Finals will take place today, August 26. Event Finals will take place on August 28 and 29. Full results from these finals will be posted as soon as it comes in! Anastasia Grishina Online

Small Updates

The Russian Videos and Soviet Videos pages have small updates. You can find a new montage by GymJenny called "New Hopes of Russia" by clicking here. Rare training footage has been added to the Soviet Section! It's a training session dating back to 1991 which has gymnasts such as Boggi, Lacshenova, Lysenko, Kotchektova (does three double layouts in one Floor Exercise), and many more!
